KNITTING

We do designs of Single jersey, Jacquard, Interlock, Auto stripe and all type of knitted fabrics knitting done with branded imported knitting machines. We have full range of knitting machine arrangements, any kind of design fabric can be knitted. Compositions of fabrics are 100% cotton and blends as per the requirements of our customers. The Knitting Unit has imported sophisticated high - speed circular knitting machines, which can knit a full range from jersey to several advanced designs.

DYEING

We can offer imported soft flow machines to dye all type of reactive colors with AZO free dyes to meet REACH standard. A perfectly safe and eco friendly dyeing plant is what we have at Clasp Trend. We have a separate team to look into the safety of the plants and he people who work within it.The usage of latest soft flow dyeing process with balloon padding and flat drying gives our fabric a streaks free and wrinkles free finish.

PRINTING

Our printing unit has facilities for garment printing In Pigment, Plastisol, Non pvc and High density. Added to this are flock printing and other specialized prints. The long experience helps in swift understanding of designs there by aiding print execution in the best professional manner.Any kind of printing can be done like Pigment, Tie & Dye, Plastisol, Foam, Discharge, Reactive, Foil and other latest prints having capacity of 15,000 garments per day

STITCHING

Easy to use Machines with high speed enables uniform, flexible and beautiful stitches. The machine offers excellent seam quality and sewing capabilities.Stitching and finishing unit with all normal and special purpose machines imported from world renowned manufacturers to make contemporary style knitwear.

LOGISTICS

Garments are shipped only after checking that they comply with the customer's requirements. In addition to the approval given at each stage of production, we have a team of technicians who carry out random checks on the production before shipment. Once this has been done, we organize shipping of the goods and follow-up of the merchandise, from the factory to the forwarding agent, taking care to provide all documents needed for clearance.
